摘 要：《普通高中语文课程标准（实验）》的推广和实施对高中语文教师的能力结构提出了更新、更高的要求。高中语文教师只有做到与时俱进，全面更新能力，积极构建适应课程改革需要的能力结构，才能适应课程改革和教育发展的时代需要。本文运用文献法和问卷调查法，试图构建新课程背景下高中语文教师的能力结构，以期为高中语文教师专业发展提供一个相应的基本框架，为高中语文教师继续教育培训和高师中文专业课程改革提供一定的借鉴。
