2.1.2 对乳液稳定性的影响
PHMS用量对乳液离心稳定性的影响如图2所示。随着PHMS用量的增加,P值减
小,乳液稳定性增大,这可能是因为PHMS的表面能低,表面张力小,在含水体系中起乳化剂的作用,降低了乳液的表面张力,从而增加体系的稳定性,因此也使单体得以很好地分
散[5]。另外,随PHMS用量的增多,接枝到PHMS链上的BA、 VAc、NMA的量也增多,同
样提高了乳液的稳定性。

2.1.3 对乳液拉径大小及分布的影响
随着PHMS用量的增加,乳液的粒径变大,如图3所示。图3(a)样品中PHMS的用
量为5g,其平均粒径为147.5nm,分布指数为0.20;图3(b)样品中PHMS的用量为l0g,其
平均粒径为148.9,分布指数为0.25;图3(c)样品中PHMS的用量为15g,其平均粒径
为274.8nm,分布指数为0.14。这可能是由于随着PHMS用量的增加,不仅Si一H与C=C键之间的自由基加成反应程度增加,PHMS本体以及与聚合物和单体 NMA之间
的交联反应也有不同程度的增加,导致乳液粒子粒径增加。
