Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish an important result?

During the summer vacation, I worked as a part-time English teacher teaching middle school students. There was another college girl working together with me. We taught two different classes. In every class, we were supposed to teach grammar points and check students’ pronunciations. When we talked after class, the girl often complained that she had no problem with the grammar teaching but felt so embarrassed by her poor pronunciation. I, however was confident in my pronunciation but found it hard to explain the language points clearly. I then suggest that ,in order make our teaching more effective, we should make best use of our advantages and try to avoid disadvantages. After talking to our supervisor about the matter, each class was divided into two sections and we both could teach the students what we were good at.
