2. Without prejudice to any other means through which it is possible to prove the delivery, the Parties shall consider a notice to be properly delivered:
无风险交付的意思是虽然交付已经实行，当事人仍需就交付是否成功提供保障
a) if delivered personally, on the day of actual acceptance of the notice by the receiver
若单独交付，领取人在交付实行的当天接收。
b) on the day when it has been delivered to the person stated in the receiver’s address who is authorised to take over the post deliveries
在委托领取人领取交付物品的当天接收。
c) on the day when it was being delivered to the person stated in the receiver’s address and appointed to take over the mail deliveries, and this person has refused to take over the mail delivery.
在“交付物品如约送达，委托领取人却拒领物品”的当天接收。
d) if delivered by post, then on the day of handover of the mail delivery to the receiver.
如果采用邮寄方式，就在亲手交货的那一天接收。
