软件装好了 但不能登录

软件装好了,但是登录的时候就出现这个.An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be shut down immediately.不知道是什么意思.请大家帮忙翻译一下.
