-It can be avoided by alliance, negotiation and unison

-It is very normal for this to happen, people are somehow stressed because they are afraid to screw up on the interview and therefore giving the interviewer a bad impression
3.国家与国家之间的差距越来越小了。人们现在都在制作相同的牌子，音乐，电影，电视台风格等等。你认为这样造成的不利是否更严重呢？
-Yes i do think so. Countries are supposed to have different traditions and cultures, a cultural melting pot would be tragical, we would rather keep it "mosaic".
4.科技发展到底让我们生活更轻松方便了，还是反而给我们带来麻烦和负担？
-Both. It does provide us convenience as technology develops, but also dilemmas such as Global warming and other debatable topics. Such us, Pollution and Climate Change.
