interupet 与 disturb的区别

interrupt means to cut in in an activity, esp. a conversation, when the participants are presently engaged in it.It has a connotation of impoliteness. If you interrupt someone, you are impolitely interfere in the ongoing activity.
eg. He interrupted the teacher's explanation and put forward his own opinion.
disturb emphasize on the mental state. If you disturb someone, you make him feel anxious and put him in a place of inquietude.
Eg. The scandal disturbed the prime minister.
