为什么第一句的 happens 要加s，但我知道问句里动词一定要变原形。像是 what happen during lunch time ? 第二句What's happening outside?为什么这可以用助动词is，那what happened to you?为什么不能用what did happed to you?

what's happening outside? 是现在时

第二句what's happening outside?是现在进行时，用于正在发生，还有可能继续的情况中。
what happened to you?你没有分清句子结构，what代替的是你发生的那件事，比如I saw a friend.你问我刚才发生了什么，那么what代替的就是I saw a friend这一句话，作为主语，为什么要did呢？
