我最喜欢的一节课是大学里的一次体育课了．给我留下了深深的印象．那天体育老师教我们篮球，有3步上蓝，扣球，传球．记得当时第一次接触篮球，很陌生．每次投篮都不进，不是高了就是碰不到蓝版，于是我决定放弃了，没有信心．这是居丧的我被老师发现了，走过来拍着我的肩膀说：不要认为自己不行．于是老师指点我头蓝的要点，给我耐心讲解，最终投进了球，我笑了，看着老师！这一节体育课不但掌握了篮球，更明白了一个道理，做事要努力不要放弃！
