我的饮食习惯
每天早上起来先喝一杯水,可以使水分被身体充分吸收,早饭要 吃好,午饭要吃饱,晚饭要吃的7分饱,睡觉前要喝几杯水,因为睡觉期间血液浓度高,这样可降低血液浓度,减少一些疾病的发生!

After getting up in every morning first drink a cup of water ,in case that water can be fully absorbed by your body .Please eat good in breakfast,fully in lunch ,more or less seven in ten in dinner.Before sleeping drink several cups of water , because the blood is high in the time of sleeping ,so that it can be lower , avoid some diseases .

my eating habit is too healthy . in the morning i dreak a cup of water .
