UC知道为什么我的光盘总刻“飞”了……？？

今晚真够郁闷的，我的三星金将军刻dvd光盘时候，我把几个rmvb、mpg和wmv格式的视频，作为普通数据盘刻到sony的dvd盘里（用6×速度刻录），结果每次都刻飞了，请大家能否帮忙看下？
还有，请介绍一下避免刻盘刻坏的经验！谢谢！

伙计，我觉得有三个原因，一文件DVD不支持，二刻的速度过快三，电压不稳，建议装一下稳压器
建议：1．降低刻录速度试试
2．去除屏保和节电设置
3．断网
4．停止其他工作
总之，刻录时最好不要让机器作其他工作。
或者先刻个cd，如果还不行
