两个词的不同

前者比较正式。用于书面较多。
后者口语程度大一些。

前者多用于 观点、视点。立场方面的。可以从个人到组织，国家。
(from China's perspetive... from NBC's perspective)
后者就只是主要指个人的观点或局部观点 （sb's view . my view, her view）
