我下载了个单机游戏 在安装时告诉我 c:\WINDOWS\system32\NaviHelper.dll coule not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory.拒绝访问 该怎么办啊 游戏我下载了一天啊 竟玩不了 哭死 哪位大哥大姐帮帮小妹啊
我知道这是个木马 但是我不知道为什么是could be not opened 而且病毒已经自动被删除了 重起机又能下了 不过还是谢谢你

女生宿舍病毒，进入安全模式杀毒
升级杀软。进安全模式杀毒。或者手动删除。如下

1 停止加载Navihelper.dll链接库:
在运行中键入以下命令
regsvr32 /u NaviHelper.dll
2 删除NaviHelper.dll和Host.dat这2个文件
XP其位置在c:\windows\system32
2000位置在c:\winnt\system32下
