1.A be in trouble 固定词组，所以D是错的，BC都是介词后加形容词，应该加名词，所以也错。
2.A see sth. do表示看到一件事的发生的整个过程。

1、A，people in trouble，困境中的人。
in dangerous，如果要说“危难中的人”，应说people in danger；
in poor，至少我没听说过有这么说的，可以用needy来表达贫困；
of trouble，与题意不符。

2、B，happened，用过去时而且是主动形式，因为事件是昨天发生，而且事件永远不能“被发生”。所以选B。
