宾语从句中的从句是不是至少要有主谓成分？

I can assure you of the reliability of the news.改成宾语从句
第一种改法:I can assure you (that) the reliability of the news.
这个从句没有主谓成分，所以不对，应该改为:I can assure you (that) the news is reliability.
是不是这样？

个人认为要么是
I can assure you the reliability of the news。

the reliability of the news ，中心词是the news ,名词词性，是宾语补足语。
所以不要加 that!!

要么是
I can assure you (that) the news is reliable.
that引导宾语从句，可省略。

assure 的用法有
assure sb sth
assure sb that +从句
assure之后的宾语，我们称之为 双宾语
如题 如果你一句的that 去掉 就是对的 表示assure 的第二个名词宾语
而第二句 that 可加可不加，表示一句从句做宾语

第一种改法是对的。
reliability是名词，作assure的宾语补足语
news is reliability说法不对

that引导一句完整的从句，所以你后来改的是对的，只不过reliability-reliable,这里要用形容词

对的。第一种改法是错误的。that后便根本就不是句子。
