Those senior managers,senior technicians and other personnel with a confidentiality obligation shall not,without prior written approval of the Company,upon and within two(2)years after termination of this Contract,work for any competitors of the Compant or engage in any activities that are competitive with the business of the Company in People's Republic of China.

在没有公司书面通知的情况下，高级经理，高级技师以及具有保密职责的人员于合同到期的两年内不得在中华人民共和国境内为公司的竞争对手工作或是参与到任何与公司业务相关的活动当中。

该公司的高级经理，高级技师等人员在没有该公司的批准下在合约签字的两年内不允许和中国的公司竞争对手合作。

资深经理、资深技术人员以及其他有保密义务的人员，未经公司事先书面同意，与公司终止本合同两年内，不得为本公司的任何竞争对手公司工作或在从事中国境内与本公司业务有竞争关系的工作。
