本文的主要目的在于将Agent技术应用到企业管理诊断系统中，该系统中的没有数据库，所有数据和知识都是用本体描述。本文的工作还涉及到本体在Agent中应用。为此，通过扩展jadex，在jena的基础上新增了操作本体的API函数。在原有Agent技术基础之上，提出了基于能力的Agent，把Agent看作是能力的集合，并Agent可以在交互中学习其没有能力。通过 Agent的能力的学习达到多Agent系统协进化的目的，体现系统的智能型。在此基础之上，本文在第五章详细的介绍了企业才诊断多Agent系统的构建过程，深入具体的介绍了信息库和能力库的构建。
