如果是一般买东西，而不是代表公司洽谈的话，用最口语话的即可，
how much is it(......多少钱？）
would you like to give me a discount?（您能卖便宜一点吗？可以打个折扣吗？）
日常交流不用说那些很正式的话，听起来就好像在中国，一个老外用那些官方词汇在菜市场讨价还价一样。
