Job Duties:
To sample check account opening required documents presented by BDR/MR and scan to SPC.
To sample check documents for changing corporate customers information(including signature card, account name, director and address, etc.) and scan to SPC.
To register and chase incomplete documents for corporate account opening.
To check instructions about opening , renewal, breaking and closing TMD and CDP account and scan to SPC
To follow up any disapproved items returned by SPC and timely communicate with front lines for a/c service related issues
To file account packages, signature cards and reports properly
