1。Payment of Deposit: The deposit shall be as set out in Schedule 2.2 (the "Deposit") and shall be payable on or before the date set out therein as security for the due performance and observance of the Student's obligations to the PEO under this Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Deposit does not include any deposit required to be paid to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (the " ICA").
