补偿原则
我们期望商家发放的工资能够保障员工的基本生活需求..商家要提供给员工最低工资保障,加班工资,并有劳动最高时间限制,上税,以及其他方面的补偿.并提供合法的强制性福利.
除了特殊工作环境,商家不得要求工人每周工作多于48小时,不得加班多于12小时,或当地法律明文规定的不得超过的时间.如果当地法律没有限制劳动时间,那么最多附加12小时.此外,非特殊时期,雇员每周至少有一天的休息日.
商家应根据法律规定,提供雇员适当的加班费,如果当地法律没有规定加班费的发放标准,则平常工作的每小时工资算.如果当地产业比法律通常规定的标准高,则以其较高的标准为准.
