你访问google的ip有疑似病毒，或者木马的行为，被暂时屏蔽了。
如果是拨号上网，重新拨号，换个ip。
如果不是，找个代理服务器访问google，注意这时你的登陆通过第三方服务器，必须用https来访问以增加安全性。
