Actually, I recommend you watch CCTV channel 9, English news broadcast.

Watch the annoncers and the movements of their mouth carefully. If you can, repeat what the annoucers said to yourself, and listen to your own sound.

Watch DVD English movie, and turn on the English subtitle, and read the subtitle, and listen to your own sound. Compare your sound with the sound from the movie.

关于一楼的意见，我认为不看的话更是一辈子都不会明白。正如一门很难学的科目，要是轻易放弃便永远无法掌握了。看得多不仅有助于听力和口语的提高，对于外国文化风俗的了解也会更透彻。
