超低温迄今的机器能达到多少度？

常说绝对零度能达到-273摄氏度，那么如今能达到最低温度是多少？
有没有最高温度？？

绝对零度是指-273.15摄氏度。低于1纳开现在完全没问题，近年还有没有新的进展不是很清楚,这些资料供参考:
