随着电力企业的发展，计算机管理信息系统在电力企业管理中得到越来越广泛的应用。 我们通过调研多个电力企业现状,发现电力企业中电网架构日趋复杂，设备数量猛增、设备类型日益增多，亟需建设一套规范统一的生产管理系统，以实现生产业务的规范化和精细化，进而促进企业生产管理水平，提高工作效率。在电力企业的日常生产工作中，如何高效、合理的调度和使用企业资源，减少停电次数，是主要的目标。这就需要改进目前在设备管理、工作任务管理、停电计划管理等工作中存在的问题，例如数据源不统一、平台不统一、没有实施标准流程等。基于这样的背景下,本文设计与实现了生产MIS原型系统。
该原型系统在充分明确功能需求的基础上，并结合电力企业实际情况，决定采用Cordys平台进行开发，之所以选择该平台，关键是因为看重Cordys平台中提供的企业服务总线EBS具有的强大整合能力和BPM中一体化的建模、执行、监控环境。在技术路线上，该原型系统采用了SOA架构，体系结构是B/S结构。
该原型系统实现了电力企业三大业务流程，分别是停电计划流程、重点工作生成流程和设备缺陷管理工作流程。在基础功能中完成了cordys外部集成登陆，即通过前端外部网页集成登录进入BCP后显示其中的某一功能页面（如Inbox）。
本论文通过明确生产MIS原型系统开发背景和要解决的问题，分析了系统的功能需求和非功能性需求，并对系统需求以流程图和用例图的形式来详细说明。本论文还给出了系统的技术架构和物理架构。在详细设计部分，分别讨论了三大业务流程的设计；并对外部集成登陆功能的实现，配以详细的实现机制和实现步骤。
生产MIS原型系统为生产一线人员提供了一个业务操作平台，为生产管理者提供了一个集约化的监管平台，为高层领导提供了一个辅助决策平台。如何对生产MIS原型系统的功能进行完善，对其性能进行改进，使之尽快在电力企业的实际工作中得到更好的应用，是下一步工作中重点内容。
