本文设计了一种操作简单、容易控制、密闭性好的新型间歇式光催化气体反应器体系,可以模拟室内环境,在甲醛光催化降解的实验过程中,利用Interscan4160甲醛分析仪对反应器内部的甲醛浓度变化进行动态在线检测,并可对紫外光光强、甲醛气体浓度、湿度及催化剂的量等控制反应的主要因素进行实验分析。结果表明,在玻璃弹簧负载的自制高光催化活性TiO2溶胶做催化剂的条件下,不同浓度的甲醛气体在紫外灯照射下都能发生一定程度的降解,最高降解率达到99.93%。
A new intermittent photocatalytic gas reactor system was manufactured in this paper, which can be operated simply, controlled easily, good airtight and simulated the indoor environment. Interscan4160 formaldehyde analyzer was used to dynamically supervise the concentration of formaldehyde gas .Some factors that affecting reactions such as intensity of UV light, the humidity, the concentration of formaldehyde, the dosage of catalyst can be discussed by the system. The experimental results showed that different concentration of formaldehyde gases were degraded in some extent by the glass spring with TiO2 Sol of high photocatalytic activity under the UV lights, and the maximum degradation rate of formaldehyde gas reached 99.93%.
