9. FORCE MAJEURE
None of the Parties shall be responsible for failure to comply with obligations contained in the agreement arising from acceptance of this proposal, or for the losses, damages and/or costs incurred by fire, property seizures, transportation delays not attributable to any of the Parties, civil or military actions, earthquakes or any other cause over which it has no control, provided this Party notifies the occurrence of a Force Majeure event hindering timely compliance as soon as it arises.
10. TERM AND TERMINATION
Should this proposal be accepted via the issuance of the respective Purchase Order, the agreement derived from acceptance thereof shall have a one-year duration as of such acceptance, which shall be extended automatically for equal periods of time, except in the event of a communication to the contrary submitted to the other Party in writing, notified at least thirty (30) days in advance to the respective extension date.

10 。条款和终止

分销商和供应商可随时终止该协议源自接受这一商业建议时，其中一种或数种以下原因引起：
10.1 。单方面立即生效，由任何一方在发生：
10.1.1 。另一方当事人未能遵守其义务，确立在协议中产生的，由于接受这项提议，不纠正不遵守内部三十天后生效，即有义务遵守要求提交的其他党。在任何情况下，兼容的一方可请求赔偿，所有赔偿所造成的不遵守的义务预见的。
