Post:Officer - Reservations & Ticketing

Job Description:

*Answer enquiries and offer help to passengers or travel agents through phone calls on air
travels.
*Perform air tickets & free airport shuttle bus reservations and general FIT/GIT pax ticketing
duties and administer the Frequent Flyer Program at Air Macau’s ticketing counter at Air
Macau Hangzhou Town Office. Daily pre-flight booking seats clearance.
*Promote Air Macau’s products via Telephone sales， Telemarketing and Other issues in
connection with Direct Sales of Air Macau Holiday In-house Tour Packages.
*Computes fares and quotes fare rules.
*Handles bank remittance， cash and process other forms of payment acting as accountant in
completing sales actions. Maintains logs and controls of ticket stock， prepares and makes
daily bank deposits and weekly pax sales return.
*Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service.
