摘要：改革开放以来我国经济迅速发展，中小企业已成为社会经济生活中不可缺少的组成部分。它在促进市场竞争、增加就业机会、方便群众生活、推进技术创新、推动国民经济发展和保持社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。但中小企业也面临许多困难和问题，它在市场竞争中处于弱势地位。随着我国加入世界贸易组织，中小企业必须在同等条件下与外来企业竞争。中小企业将面临更为激烈的市场竞争。本文旨在对当前中小企业自身的特点和中小企业在会计核算中暴露出来的问题以及由此引发的会计信息失真现象的研究。

Abstract: Since reform and opening up of China's rapid economic development, SMEs have become an indispensable economic life of the component. It promote market competition, to increase employment opportunities for people's life, and to promote technological innovation, promote economic development and maintain social stability, and played an important role. However, SMEs are facing many difficulties and problems, and its competition in the market in a weak position. With China's accession to the World Trade Organization, SMEs must Under the same conditions, and foreign competition among enterprises.
