用单片机EM78P153编程产生不同的频率值，同时控制三位数码管动态显示，再用锁相环技术提供稳定的输出频率，配以音频耦合电路、调频电路、发射电路。从而实现可编程设定输出载波频率的FM发射机。其特点是：先进简单的单片机结构、优越的数据处理性能、高度的稳定性、强大的单片机新功能、灵活的功能选择设计、通俗易懂的指令系统、完备的开发手段以及相对较高的性价比。电路包含的主要元器件和基本电路部分有：EM78P153单片机、锁相环、压控振荡器、分频器CD4046、晶体振荡器、倍频电路、选频放大电路、滤波器、调频预加重电路等等。制成品频率范围为82.0—82.9MHz(可编程修改)带三位数码显示，在开阔地发射距离大于100米,可用于实际产品的开发与生产。
