PREAMBLE
1. The Producers are manufacturers of customary paint rollers (including roller frames) and
distribute these for more than 98% to PDW.

Producers wish to grant the companies of Storch Group worldwide exclusivity for the distribution of the contractual products. At the same time, PDW shall undertake to purchase the contractual products exclusively
