neither party shall be liable to the other in damages otherwise for and delay in performance or failure(in whole or in part)to perform any of the terms of this agreement,save for any obligation to pay money hereunder,to the extent that such failure or delay arising from any cause whatsoever conditions,explosion,war,delays to carriers and breakdown of SAME,or any other cause comprehended in the term force majeure.
the party seeking to rely this clause shall promptly notify other party in weitten of any such event,although failure to do so shall not preclude reliance on this clause.
Should any of the foregoing circumstances occur,the time for performance of the affected obligations(including the obligation to deliver)shall be extended during the period of such hindrance or delay up to a maximum of 30days. Should any delay or failure to perform arising from any of the foregoing circumstances continue for a period of more than 30 days,either party shall have the right to terminat

任何一方都不得被其他的赔偿金，否则为和延误的表现还是失败（全部或部分） ，以执行任何有关本协议的条款，拯救任何付款义务下文，以至于这种失败或延误所产生的任何原因导致的情况下，爆炸，战争，拖延，以运营商和分项相同，或任何其他原因的理解，在任期不可抗力。
党寻求依靠这一条款应当及时通知另一方weitten任何此类事件，虽然没有这样做，不排除依靠这一条。
应任何上述情况发生，但时间的表现，受影响的债务（包括交货义务） ，应延长期间，如阻碍或延迟最长可达三十天。应该有任何延误或不能有效履行所产生的任何上述情况仍会维持一段时间的30天以上，任何一方均有权终止合同，通知对方当事人，在这种情况下，任何一方都不应负责进一步履行该项contrace或者赔偿损失的尊重，这种不履行。
