为研究引起我院听力障碍大学生挫折感的事件，探讨听力障碍大学生的挫折感类型和特点，并提出帮助听力障碍大学生战胜挫折的建议，笔者运用问卷法和访谈法相结合，对我院一至四年级听力障碍大学生的挫折感状况进行调查，所得数据用SPSS8.0统计软件进行相关分析。结果表明：我院听力障碍大学生引起挫折感的事件主要集中在恋爱和就业问题上。男性听力障碍大学生挫折感高于女性听力障碍大学生，主要为人际交往挫折感。同时挫折感存在年级、专业方面的差异，表现在恋爱、就业方面。我院听力障碍大学生挫折感主要有以下几种类型：自我实现的挫折感、就业挫折感、人际交往挫折感。概括出听力障碍大学生挫折感的一些特点如下：听力障碍大学生挫折感存在普遍性、听力障碍大学生在就业和恋爱方面挫折感较强烈、听力障碍大学生的挫折感存在双重性。 在分析了我院听力障碍大学生的挫折感状况及特点、类型后，针对当前我院听力障碍大学生的挫折感现状，笔者认为，解决我院听力障碍大学生的挫折感现状的原则及对策是：预防为主，加强挫折教育，根据听力障碍大学生的特点降低挫折感。应该对听障大学生的心理状态应给予更多的关注，学校或社会应定期为听力障碍大学生开设心理健康讲座或咨询。
