治疗中的应用比较
摘要：[目的]经过颈外静脉与贵要静脉行中心静脉置管的应用比较，为经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)术首选颈外静脉提供临床依据。[方法]对42例贵要静脉穿刺置管组和33例颈外静脉穿刺置管组从置管并发症、病人满意度、临床护理3方面进行比较。[结果]颈外静脉置管组并发症发生率明显低于贵要静脉组(P＜0.05); 颈外静脉置管组病人满意度及临床护理也高于贵要静脉置管组。[结论]对于长期化疗和中长期静脉输液病人应首选颈外静脉置管。
