的确是A错
但是不应该改为All the，而是改为The whole
如果是all the的话修饰的名词应该是复数形式
之所以be动词用了were是因为the whole school指的是全体学校成员

A，改为 all of,不是所有学校，是学校里的所有人

C，改为hearing
