it is 和there is 的异同

There is 表示存在。。某时（地）由某物。。It's是后面的从句或不定式的形式主语。。

There is no need for you to do sth是表示不存在这种必要去做某事。。它等同于It's necessary ......

我们会说。。There is a bed in the room./It's hard to learn math.(=To learn math is hard.)

There is no doubt that Tom will win.
It's not doubtful that Tom will win.

其实There is 后面多数时候接名词。。It's 后面多为形容词。。在不得已的时候可以这样判断。。但不包含特殊情况
