As a reminder, we look forward to receiving the following information by the end of this week:
1) your completed application and questionnaire.
2) your description of the territory for which you would like to secure the master franchise rights.
Once I have received the requested items above, we can then review the information and follow up with an Expression of Intent letter which will contain the major terms and conditions to acquire the master franchise rights.
By the way, I have included the both of you along Mr. Teng and Mr. He, to attend the opening VIP cocktail reception for the Sotheby’s Auctions in Hong Kong on October 2nd. I will be in Hong Kong from Oct. 2-6. I know the both of you will be traveling at that time, but should things change we would be honored to host you as our guests.
