If you were to look for ?这句话本身就是错的，were 后面你用的不定式，这种用法在英语里是不存在的，没有人能够理解这是什么意思。你用的过去式，就必须说If you looked for。还有most前面一定有定冠词the，最高级前的the是不可以少的。后面you would find it the cooperation.也不对，it the cooperation 说不通，要不你就不用it，要不你就再加一个从句来解释it。或者就是you would find it , the cooperation.
第二句里the importance of confidence 需要加一个the在confidence前面。that competition不对，应该用the competition,walk是不可数名词，不可以用复数形式。大概就是这些了吧。
修改后如下:
If you looked for the most significant character whick your boss the most likedly asked for,you would find it ,the cooperation.
