Perhaps woodworking is not your interest,but if you want to start a hobby ,you can certainly pick from a vast selection of choices. You could collect stamps or coins .If you prefer to more artistic hobbies.Following these hobbies will not only make your life happier now,but could potentially improve the health of your later years.

1. 为了引入我们的课题--hobbies，可以先在课堂上问同学们：“同学们，你们都有什么爱好呢？”也可以用有趣的故事引入哦
2.讲述hobbies的在我们生活中的种种作用，并伴以日常生活的例子。或者是名人轶事。
3.本文主要从5个方面入手，即Hobbies Offer More Than Just Fun ，Stress Relievers ，A Wide Variety to Choose From ，Longer,Happier Lives ，Your Hobbies Can Benefit Others 。主要是hobbies的作用。我们主要是贯穿句型，单词，词组。
词组：contribute to ；for the reason that ；pick from ；provide for;not only ... but also ；due to
句型：Following these hobbies will not only make your life happier now,but could potentially improve the health of your later years。
They say that the brain ,just like the muscles in our bodies,needs exercise.
