Abstract:The intercoure between teachers and students is the course of exchanging information and emotion. This intercoure may happen in and out of school all the time.It can be said that everything done by teachers is the intercoure associated with students in exchanges. This intercoure can be divided into effective exchanges, and ineffective exchanges (some are negative effect contacts). The dffective exchange is conducive to the establishment of mutual respect, mutual trust, equal and harmonious relations between teachers and students.And it is conducive to effective teaching process, and to the students' good character formation.It's also conducive to the development of mental health of teachers. Under the ground of of the current curriculum reform,an educational intercoure mode which accords with modern educational concept should be constructed.
