not until是固定句型，美国人常这么说，直到老师给我解释了我才明白那故事的意思

3.c for 表原因，表示由于，因为。。由于每个人都知道，我不想在说了，for 接一个从句像because一样的用法，通常用在逗号以后，所以你只要看见逗号，就想到把for考虑进去就好
4.a也可以吧，that high指的是那么高，和so的用法一样，这里用作代词,the only person后面是定语从句，可以用that或who指代
