A。either is not B.both are not C

是选C。不过我要补充一点的是。
either is not 是其中有一个不是。
both are not 你必须注意~~因为很容易被迷惑。看上去是两个都不是，但是实际上是。“不是两个都是。”也就是说，可能是任何一个不是。
最后一个么就是否定全部了。
B选项是否定里面非常容易误选的。

选C吧因为是全部否定
A两者之间选一个B全部肯定

应选C，因为NEITHER IS 表示两者都否定，前面答了NO 所以后面把两个都否定了
