随着经济全球化的加快和中国加入WTO,人力资源管理在民营企业中的地位和作用日益增强。民营企业只有搞好员工的激励,才能吸引人才,并充分发挥员工的积极性和创造性,使企业获得不断的发展。而采用员工激励以提高企业核心竞争力已成为民营企业的必然选择。本文在对当前民营企业员工激励背景认知的基础上,首先对现在民营企业采用的激励方式进行了分析,阐述了民营企业重视员工激励的重要性。进而指出了民营企业员工激励中存在的问题,并提出了解决方案——民营企业激励机制的创新。最后以TXG公司为个案研究,对其员工激励中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关对策。
