这个镇靠近一条河
1:the village is on a river
2:the village is near a river

第二个没错 也可以说the village is next to a river.

都对
1:the village is on a river 在河上/畔（指在河流的沿岸）
2:the village is near a river 在河流的附近

the village is on a river 这个是说“这个镇在一条河的河畔 ”
the village is near a river这个是说“这个镇靠近一条河”
没有语法的错误
