请确认：
控制面版－管理工具－服务
1、“Automatic Updates”保证此服务打开。
2、“Background Intelligent Transfer Service”此项服务请打开。
作用：在后台传输客户端和服务器之间的数据。如果禁用了 BITS，一些功能，如 Windows Update，就无法正常运行。
