摘 要
本次毕业设计是设计监控系统中的前端设备--云台。本次设计主要任务是进行传动方案的选择与确定，传动装置的选择和传动零件的设计以及计算。为了提高传动效率，减小机构的尺寸和重量，采用的是蜗轮蜗杆--齿轮传动机构，并且满足云台在水平及垂直方向均可转动的要求。在设计中主要是进行以下几方面的工作：1、云台的传动原理、结构特点和功能；2、齿轮的设计和计算；3、蜗轮和蜗杆的设计和计算；；5、箱体结构尺寸；还对步进电机的特点作了简单的介绍等等。
