针对电子商务的特点，本人就电子商务环境下税收征管、未来的发展趋势进行了阐述，并对电子商务环境税收征管存在的问题及解决对策进行了研究。本文首先阐述了电子商务的特点及税收征管的概述；然后说明了电子商务环境下税收征管较之传统方式下的优缺点及电子商务环境下的税收征管的必要性；最后比较了我国在传统方式和电子商务环境下税收征管的差异。在此基础上分析出我国电子商务环境下税收征管存在的问题。并针对存在的问题分别提出在电子商务环境下的税收征管对策。
