因为蛔虫是厌氧呼吸的生物，而打蛔虫的药是利用产生氧气的原理来打虫，这样蛔虫就会往无氧的地方钻，而胆囊是最好的地方，在一般情况下是去不了的，但是患胆囊炎的患者，其胆道的物理环境和其他的方面有所改变就会造成蛔虫钻胆的情况。
