浅析中小企业知识型员工流失严重的原因及对策

摘要 人才流失是目前我国企业面临的普遍问题,目前,中小企业已经成为推动我国国民经济发展的重要力量,但是同大企业比较,中小企业的总体竞争能力较弱,尤其是知识性人才流失问题比大企业更为严重,在一定程度上已经严重影响了中小企业的健康稳步发展。中小型企业“求人才难、留人才更难”的局面已屡见不鲜。文章主要分析了中小型企业知识性人才流失的原因,指出了人才流失对企业造成的严重影响,最后就此提出了相应的建议对策。
