随着网络经济产业化的发展，网络虚拟物品走向了商品化，虚拟财产的交易纠纷不断出现，国内外关于网络虚拟财产的案件屡见不鲜。世界各国法律的规定都相对滞后，都在网络虚拟财产发面显露出巨大空白。尤其是我国在虚拟财产交易方面出于灰色地带，虚拟财产交易欺诈层出不穷。本文主要探讨网络虚拟财产交易欺诈的法律救济问题，从虚拟财产交易入手，分析网络虚拟财产诈骗的表现形式和方式，借鉴国外的有效经验，分析我国的目前对此保护的现状和不足，从立法、市场交易与司法救济等方面提出了对策。
With the development of Economy, Trade and Industry, the network towards the commercialization of virtual items, virtual property trade disputes occur, both at home and abroad on the network of virtual property, often the case. This article focused on the trading of virtual property, the question of legal remedies for fraud, starting from the virtual property transactions, analysis of network performance of virtual property fraud forms and methods of effective foreign experience, analysis of the current status of this and the lack of protection from the Legislative market transactions and judicial relief, such as countermeasures proposed.
